Employer eligibility
The business must be based in Wales, financially solvent and able to release staff to complete training by the published programme deadline.

Training requirements
The guidance states that supported training must be accredited or delivered to a recognised industry standard. Whether a proposed programme qualifies must be confirmed before an application.

Decision maker
Funding is discretionary. Welsh Government makes the final eligibility and award decision—not Crack On or the training provider.
How the process works
The employer remains in control of the application.
Business Wales publishes an expression-of-interest route, eligibility review, detailed application and decision process. The published guidance says approved training costs are reimbursed after completion and the required attendance/completion and payment evidence is provided.
